HandyPOS is committed to protecting the privacy of all visitors, users and other people who access our application ("You" or "Users"). The Privacy Policy applies to the HandyPOS web and mobile application. This Privacy Policy applies only to the practices of companies that we own, control or unite under control common when accessing or using our Service, means that you have read, understood and accept our collection, storage, use and disclosure of your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT AND USE

In general, we collect personal information from our users to provide you with a personalized experience, useful and efficient. The categories of information we collect may include:

• Information you provide: we may collect and store personal information that you enter into our Service or provide us in any other way, including your email address and username. We use all the information to operate, maintain and provide you the characteristics and functionalities of the application, as well as to communicate directly with you, such as sending you messages email and push notifications. We may also send emails or messages related to the service (for example, account verification, digital tickets, changes or updates of the application features, technical and safety notices).

• Information collected through the use of other services: By using services such as Google or Microsoft OAuth, or when third-party services such as payment gateways are connected.

In the case of customers of the store profile that use the Google login or Microsoft OAuth, and in Android only Google authentication (the user who wants to use our application for sale), we only request very basic information such as email, username, image of profile, first and last name. This information is kept securely and in order to validate the authenticity of the person who would buy in that store or another, and make the whole process easier and without having to create a new account within the HandyPOS application with an additional username and password.

1.1 What is Personal Data?

As described below, "Personal Data" means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person ("Individual") and includes information provided by you while using our Services. If we use or store Personal Data with information that is not personal, we will treat the combination as Personal Data.

1.2 Account user data

When you create or update your HandyPOS user account, we collect and store this "Account Data". The stored account data is listed below in full:

Account Profile Data Show data on invoices and allow contact with customers, among other functions. It is composed among others by: Name (*), email (*), password, company name, fiscal name, fiscal ID, address, telephone numbers and logo.
Data of the online sales profile or catalog It allows showing the online sales profile with the data provided, and allowing customers to interact with the store. It is composed between others by: aliases, website URL, profile description, social networks (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube), WhatsApp, SEO image.
Online customer data It allows to buy in any online store of the system without using an additional password, using Google and Microsoft accounts. It is composed between others by: Name (*), email (*), telephone numbers, address, city, country, delivery address and postal code.
Identifier or data of third-party accounts When connecting a third-party account (example: receiving payments online), we store identifiers or data that allow us to maintain connectivity with the associated platform.

1.4 Anonymous operational data

In the event of an error that is generated in the application, we can collect anonymous data (not associated with any user of the application) to be able to debug and improve the application, among the data collected are:

1.5 Other data that we simply DO NOT collect.

HandyPOS explicitly DOES NOT collect, store or record the following data:
• Number of credit/debit cards and the security code entered when making an online payment. Only the data is stored provided by the payment provider when delivering the result of the operation, and which may contain the last 4 digits of the card.

1.6 Rights of access, rectification, deletion of data.

You have the right to ask whether HandyPOS is processing personal data about you, request access to personal data and request that correct, modify or delete your personal data when it is inaccurate.

You can write to the email [email protected] to seek the rectification or request the erasure of the personal data that HandyPOS has about you, if you choose the deletion of data this would mean the elimination of your account assuming the responsibility of the case. You can re-create an account whenever you want by downloading, register or use the application again.

HandyPOS makes good faith efforts to provide you with the ability to delete your Personal Data; however, there may be circumstances where that HandyPOS cannot delete all your personal data. For example, we cannot remove it where we are legally required to keep it, even when we need it to continue to offer you the service or if you are involved in litigation with us, or that your account has been disabled for use contrary to the rules, being obliged to keep your personal data.

If HandyPOS determines that your personal data cannot be deleted, we will explain why and provide you with a contact for further inquiries.

We may also share information with others in an aggregated and anonymous form that does not directly identify you as an individual.

3. SECURITY AND STORAGE OF INFORMATION

HandyPOS cares about the security of your information and uses commercially reasonable physical, administrative and technological safeguards to preserve the integrity and security of all the information we collect and share with our service providers. However, no security system is impenetrable and we cannot guarantee the security of our systems 100%.

In the event that any information under our control is compromised as a result of a security breach, we will take the reasonable measures to investigate the situation and, where appropriate, notify those whose information may have been compromised and take other measures, in accordance with any applicable law and regulation. The information collected through the application may be stored and processed in the data storage provider in any country where HandyPOS or its subsidiaries, affiliates or service providers maintain facilities. If you are located in the European Union or other regions with laws governing data collection and use that may differ from U.S. law, please note that we may transfer information, including personal information, to a country and jurisdiction that does not have the same data protection as your jurisdiction, and you consent to the transfer of information to the United States or any other country in which the Company or its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates or service providers maintain facilities and to the use and disclosure of information about you as described in this Privacy Policy.

4. LINKS TO THIRD PARTY APPLICATIONS OR WEB CONNECTIONS

The Applications may contain links to and from third party applications from our business partners, advertisers and social networking sites. If you follow a link to any of these applications or websites, please note that these applications or websites have their own privacy policies and that we do not accept any responsibility or liability for their policies. Please check the individual policies before you submit any information to these applications or websites.

In the case of the use of the services or accounts of third parties (for example: online payment providers), they have their own privacy policies and use, which you agree to by linking our application with such services or using them.

8. ADVERTISING POLICY
